Workplace sessions designed to reduce stress and improve mental health through engaging movement-based, or somatic activities.
Staff learn how to stay calm, connect with their bodies and understand their reactions.
Sessions that integrate movement (including dance and sport) to promote emotional expression and mental health among students. These sessions are particularly helpful for students with ADHD or Autism.
Schools can opt for one-to-one sessions as an alternative therapy provision, or group sessions for children who require a movement-based intervention.
One-on-one sessions with our founder, Debbie Sheringham offering personalised psychotherapy to address individual mental health needs.
Debbie is a qualified Psychotherapist with a Master's degree from the University of Roehampton. With experience in the NHS and the BBC, Debbie brings a wealth of expertise to her therapeutic practice.
