What kind of therapy is available?
Debbie offers therapy for adults, teenagers, and children. You can talk, use movement, or do a mix of both - it’s completely up to you. She helps people understand themselves better, recognise their patterns of behaviour, and feel more connected to their bodies.
Debbie has lots of experience working with neurodiverse people, those who have been through trauma, and people dealing with grief or loss. Every session is personalised to what you need. If you don’t want to move, that’s absolutely fine - talking therapy is always an option.
There are three types of therapy you can choose from:
Walking therapy (£60) – Walk and talk in nature (available in Baldock, Letchworth, Royston, Biggleswade, Stotfold, Hitchin, and Stevenage).
Face-to-face therapy (£60) – Meet in Baldock or Rushden (near Sandon).
Online therapy (£45) – Get help from wherever you are.
